- Mellow Mushroom Rocks
I was so excited when I found out we were getting a Mellow Mushroom in Hickory NC... Although they are not completely vegetarian, they are veg-friendly & they have a lot of vegetarian dishes to choose from... Not to mention their food is absolutely delish!
