I found this lovely vegan restaurant yesterday by chance only 0.5 a mile from my hotel. Situated on a hill overlooking the entire region of Göppingen county, the restaurant re-opened a year ago in it's current vegan incarnation and is a sort of secret still. Open only a few days during week (call ahead!), it's passionate owners are working still part-time as a alternative healthcare professional and in the manufacturing industry until their dream will take off. I predict that it will!! The food is delicious, the restaurant is cosy and casual with its authentic regional 'Gasthaus' flair and the setting is gorgeous! Located just outside the town of Bad Boll close to the A8 highway. Do yourself a favor and seek out this gem, even if you're not vegan and are just looking for fresh, yummy food!
