They have 2 locations in pittsfield. This is the one I usually go to. The staff are all very knowledgeable about what's vegan and when you order just tell them you'd like a vegan burrito and they change their gloves, put foil down on the grill, and use a separate guacamole and utensils. They are really nice about it and I feel confident about the service as far as contamination goes (other places not so much!) They really appreciate their customers. The food itself is really good.I usually get the burrito bowl with grilled veggies and guacamole. My husband gets the tofu. I'm not a huge fan there's not much flavor but really great they offer it. My kids like it too. They also serve a few types of beer and there are 2 small tables out front. Every day they have specials. Thursdays happy hour is buy one get one free burritos from 2-4pm. Parking is easy and they do have a small lot out back. Long lines move really quick. For a meat/dairy serving restaurant it's as good as it gets.
