- Sustainable Vegan Excellence
Love this place! Not only is their food unique, organic and delicious, their business is very environmentally conscious (no plastics, biodiesel catering bus, hydroponic garden, etc). Their black lemonade is fantastic, and I had never tasted dehydrated bananas before. Yum! We also had a few of their salads, cold pressed juice and bakery treats. The owners are such kind and healthy, knowledgeable vegans.
