- Healthy choice
I enjoyed 2 juices here. One green and one red (I forget their names). They were both very tasty. I also spent a few minutes speaking with the owner - a very lovely woman. 2 downfalls for me were that the juices are pre-made, so depending when you go, they may be a few days old, which for me defeats the purpose as juices like that are best drank shortly after pressing to receive their full nutritional benefit. So, cold pressed yes, but not necessarily fresh pressed. The juices also come in plastic. I understand it's just the nature of their business (they deliver, and supply to local health food shops) but I just personally prefer waiting for a fresh pressed jucie and sitting in to drink (from a glass) - but that's just me being picky!
