Stuck in Silver Spring and seeking Seoul? This place is quick and tasty, but it might seem more expensive than expected, but I feel it's one of the best vegan friendly choices in this area. Sprouts, kimchi, tofu, avocado, soba, seaweed, sticky rice and spicy sauce blend well together as an unorthodox bibimbap or burrito. Maki rolls are also available, along with specials! The staff really know what's vegan- it is comforting that they make the kimchi vegan!!! Just ask! However, the pancakes and baked goods are not vegan. Still, a great and fun choice in Silver Spring! You can park in the gas station lot or on the street. You can eat inside, and decor is super cute!
