- Au Lac is my favorite vegan (most raw) restaurant
Between the people, who care for the restaurant, the Chinese herbs they have for sale, the free kitchen tour by Chef Ito himself, free Tuesday night lectures on the benefits of eating living foods, the parking spaces in the front of the restaurant, which reads "vegan," this restaurant is a must visit if you are a vegan out-of-towner and visiting the Anaheim or Los Angeles, CA area.
