We have dined at fresh. at least 3 times and have enjoyed every bite! Locally grown and organic is their theme and served deliciously and artistically. Although not vegan or vegetarian, this vegan always dines happily. there are options in the small plates and salads surely to please and the chef has been willing to veganize vegetarian entrees.I would alert them prior to your visit.
