- Seed is delicious, comforting vegan food
I have been to Seed restaurant in NOLA for their brunch...and of course I indulged in their vegan beignets. This time I went for lunch and I ordered the eggplant poboy...and was super pleased with the decision. The thin piece of eggplant was coated in a delicious cornmeal breading and fried to perfection, the roll was light and airy. Great 100% vegan comfort food at reasonable prices.
