New Orleans is a city who's cuisine is tied into its culture and history that I felt like I was missing out not being able to eat it. I was so excited to see that seed makes vegan po boy and beignets that was the only reason I made the trip there from the French quarter. It was well and truly worth it - the food was delicious, great service, nice atmosphere and big serves giving good value for money.
