- The vegan South, done right
Upon visiting New Orleans, I knew that I wanted to try regional food, though I knew that would be difficult. That was, until I stumbled upon Seed. My sister, a gluten free vegan, and I were both pleased with the restaurant. We chose an appetizer and both had a meal. The menu included several vegan regional dishes as well as options for those who are gluten free. The food was also delicious. There is not a terrible amount of seating, so I would have been worried if we had come during a busy time, but we were overall extremely happy with the food, the service, and the atmosphere. Plus, they have vegan beignets. And they changed my world.
