- my favourite place in Poland!!
THEY'RE DOING IT REALLY WELL!! I've been to mixtura a bunch of times, and I try to drop by for a burger whenever I'm in Poznan. The first time I visited (summer 2015) I ordered a millet burger and I will simply remember that burger for the rest of my life. The flavours were magical: the patty was juicy but not falling apart, the vegan mayo was delicious, the salad was fresh and tasty, and the home-made bun was perfectly baked. After that, whenever I visited, I never left disappointed. I must, however, note that none of the burgers ever reached the level of perfection of the millet burger. The staff is super friendly and the place itself has a great vibe. I recommend that place to everyone who happens to be in Poznań, you will not regret!
