This food stall next to the Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy Hotel has excellent food. From soya cereal for breakfast to the spicy tom yum soya dumpling soup with options noodles or rice. All are excellent choices. For dessert, the black marble glutinous rice balls with peanuts are divine. They also sell several different kinds of soya drinks as well as soya powder milk.
