Me and my wife had dinner at this cosy restaurant, very well situated near the historic center of Santiago de Compostela. The lights were dim, there was some alternative music playing, there were some interesting handicrafts made with old bike parts like chains and inner tubes, as well as some glitch art on the walls... All this made Entre Pedras memorable even before I started eating! I was pleasantly surprised with the huge size of the burgers that were served in rustic bread - that's the way I like them! We had the tofu/oats and lentils burgers, as well as a toast with haricot bean hummus. We quenched our thirst with very nice kukicha tea, served in beautiful iron teaware. All was very savory and we felt somewhat pampered by all this amazing food. After spending the entire day travelling around Galicia, the warm indie vibe of Entre Pedras was perfect to replenish our energy before strolling through the historic core of Santiago and returning to Portugal. We hope to return to Santiago de Compostela with much more time for sightseeing, and we'll be sure to visit Entre Pedras again!
