This location was really hard to find, because it is inside a shopping mall. But this mall is really big and consists of different buildings. This is the best way coming from South Laodong Road: In the center of the mall, called Tang West Shopping Mall, is a square with two statues of camels. Take the road that is on the left side of this square (when you look to the building that is designed like a tower). Following this road, called Flavor Street of the Silk Road, nearly to the end, you will see a big stairway on the left. (Cinema China Film is written there.) Up the stairs on the left you will find the restaurant. There are not so many vegetarian options, but the dishes are very tasty and spicy. Very good english spoken. It is easy to tell the staff to leave milk and milk-products away.
