- Nice atmosphere, delicious food, friendly service
Canossa is a restaurant and bar mostly frequented by students as it is situated on the university campus of the Saarland University, Saarbrücken. The atmosphere is nice and friendly, the Italian food is delicious and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I regularly meet there with other students to play board games and eat veggie food Unfortunately, the vegan food options are limited. There are two sorts of vegan pasta, one salad and the vegetarian pizza without cheese. In future, it would be nice to add more vegan options on the menu.
