While it is possible for vegans to get delicious vegan ice cream in grocery stores, it is rare that we can find an ice cream shop that offers us anything more than sorbets. Sub Zero is changing that! They have an entirely separate vegan menu that uses almond milk as the base. While almond milk doesn't make the richest ice cream, it is tasty, and I was elated to be able to take my concoction outside to eat, just like non-vegans can do. I highly recommend giving Sub Zero a try!
