A small but well stocked independent health shop in Birkdale Village. Stocks a good range of products, including vegan foods, toiletries, supplements and cosmetics. Various prepared vegan food items in the chiller cabinet to put together a meal. Very pleasant staff. Booja Booja available also as well as various items I struggle to get elsewhere, e.g 'So crispy' paprika bites.
