- Great flavors
This was my last stop on my weekend in Austin. I decided on both the Barbequed Seitan and Monster PB&J sandwiches. My plan was to eat half of each and take the other half back home. They were nice enough to wrap it for travel. The combination of flavors on both sandwiches were subtle but fantastic! It was so good, I finished the PB&J and got another for the road. Now at home, the take out portion is sadly already gone. I wish I had also gotten another Barbequed Seitan for the road. There's a good chance Iggi's will be my first stop next time I'm in Austin.
