- A complete gem in the valley!
I am in love with hummus king. The small shop in the valley unexpectedly serves up the best falafel, hummus, and shwarama I've ever eaten. The restaurant is entirely vegetarian, and mostly vegan except for a few add-on cheese options. I highly recommend the fire balls, the jalapeno hummus, and the vegan shwarama sandwich. Another great thing about Hummus King is that you can seriously get enough food to feed 3 people for about $10. The portions are HUGE. The restaurant keeps reducing their hours, so I'm worried that they won't be in business much longer. Support this place!
