A small store that is good for picking up a few staples, especially fruit juice. It's impossible to find fruit juice without added sugar an a normal Italian grocery store, but this store has real fruit juice. The proprietor at the time I visited didn't know English, so bring a dictionary with you if you don't speak Italian. She did tell me that the store is 100% vegetarian. My only complaint is I wish it had more selection. It's nowhere near the selection like a Whole Foods or Trader Joe's in the USA, but it is on par with the typical health food stores I have seen elsewhere in Italy. Nonetheless, some of the frozen and refrigerated items are very unique compared to what you find in the USA. For example, a Mediterranean tofu or a veggie burger so full of green veggies that the patty is as green as broccoli. Well worth visiting if you are in the area.
