- Unusual place
Stayed in a hotel down the same side street as this place so decided to check it out. Once over the rather grim entrance way, I was pleasantly and rather surprisingly pleased, given the loud death-metal type music being played. It's a curious place with tex-mex type food, run buy some foreigners. Refried bean and black bean options of the usual Mex type dishes are available for vegans - ask for no cheese and cream - easy enough to do cos the waiter was a westerner who spoke EN as first language. Decor and ambience is odd, but kinda fitting in a place like Phnom Penh, so I give it my thumbs up for daring to be a little different.
