  • Try the vegan pflammkuchen

We stopped by for breakfast upon hearing that Max Pett had opened a small cafe in this vegan supermarket. There were plenty of options; a good range of salad and vegan wurst rolls as well as several pflammkuchen options and an antipasto plate. We went with the latter two; both were good value and tasty (see photo). The pflammkuchen had tofu, spinach and tomato sauce on a lovely crisp base. The antipasto platter was piled high with the tempeh and broad bean dishes the standouts. Unfortunately the soy cappuccinos we had were a disappointment. Veganz is also running vegan cooking classes which look interesting.
