As a vegan I didn't like Bambu very much, even though it's better than some others in the area, considering it's very difficult to find a vegan (even vegetarian) place to eat in Valparaiso / Viña del Mar. The place is rather cold in winter I guess it must be nicer when the weather gets warmer. They offer plenty of options on the menu, but check with the waiter, they may not be available / in stock. Some vegan options. They only accept cash. I rather go to a regular restaurant and ask for a good salad. Updated from previous review on Monday September 19, 2011
