We went to Bambu for lunch because we wanted to try Chilean food - vegetarian style, so we ordered empanadas and a corn pie (not sure what the Spanish name is). Both were a bit disappointing. The outside of the empanadas were dry and the corn filling of the corn pie was nothing spectacular. I would have loved to love this restaurant, as their menu is very extensive and exciting for vegetarians traveling in Chile, but the food is average at best. Perhaps the other items are better (pizza, pastas, soups)? We did, however, enjoy the openness and natural sunlight of the space.
