• Terrific Salad Bar and Great Soups

The salad bar is HUGE! It is amazing. It has a great selection of fresh vegetables. There is a good selection of dressings and oil and vinegars. They have a mixture of vegan, vegetarian and omni options. They are SUPER friendly and have vegan and vegetarian items labeled. They also label it non-veg if it is not and you may thing it might be. They also have a good selection of homemade premixed salads. Some are Vegetarian, occasionally vegan. They also have 6 or 7 soups daily made from scratch. They clearly mark those as well. If you ever have a question of whats in something they will show you the complete ingredient list. They also have three pastas, again clearly marked. They will make a special order of pasta if they are not too busy. They have baked patatoes and toppings. They also have breads, muffins and flatbread pizza. They have fresh fruit and soft serve "ice cream" that is non-dairy, though I am not sure if it is vegan or not. It is a place that is terrific. The staff is very helpful. My only complaint is I wish there were more vegan soups. There are many soups they make that are either vegetarian or non-veg that could easily be made vegan and nothing would be different, except it being healthier. Run! Don't walk!
