  • Friendly crazy art space with veggie cafe!

So we managed to pick the one night of the month that Cult Mountain closed their cafe in order to cope with an exhibition opening!! This was unfortunate for the purposes of a review but I can tell you the following. Cult Mountain is different, its full of wacky art and bizzare (pretencious!?) art with some radical political content too. The staff we met were very friendly and keen for us to try their special cocktails! They have a decent selection of teas and coffee and normally offer vegan versions of wraps with whatever contents you choose. They also have a good selection of cakes. We tried the lemon and almond cake that was deliciously moist and light. Sometime I'll go back and see if they have taken up our suggestion of tofu and scheeze as alternatives for the wraps. It is sad to find vegan options are just veggie options with dairy products left out rather than replaced!
