- Worth the short trip to this little establishment
If you can't find anything in Penrith or surrounding it's worth taking the short trip up to Glenbrook to visit Jazz Apple. only a small place but the food is pretty yummy. They have a vegan breakfast which consists of avocado, mushrooms and spinach with polenta and a yummy tomato salsa. I also had a dark chocolate hot chocolate (make sure you ask for no marshmallows) and this was awesome. there are several other things on the menu that can be veganised. Staff are also friendly.
