there is NOTHING vegan about cow`s milk and offering it for The taste buds of dairy addicted people is what all non vegan restaurants do. Chaco Canyon should have more compassion and be truely vegan. The business they lose from their lack of integrity cannot possibly be made up by the dairy drinkers. and yes I have talked to the owner.
