Been hooked on TSC since they started a trial period of Beyond Meat and then added BM permanently to the menu within a few months. I would like to see a vegan cheese added to the menu, this would be beneficial for many reasons; health, ethics, environment -- and would also help those who are lactose-intolerant. There are many reasons to forego dairy -- why not consider providing a dairy free option so we have a choice.
