Where to start? This place wasn't at all what we expected... we had two bagels and two smoothies and had to pay €18,80, which is very expensive for what we got. Both of our bagels were cold (despite they were on a grill) the moment we got them and the service from the counter girls was just as bad. We were new and the girl who served us was very impatient. We weren't called when our bagels were ready and just really had to find it out for ourselves. Maybe it was a wrong day to go because of the other reviews which were overall good, but the environment was dirty, there was bad and loud music (trance) and we weren't appreciated at all...
