• Elements Restaurant at Bucuti & Tara Resort

Only two years old, the adult only Elements Restaurant is nestled within the Bucuti & Tara luxury resort on Palm Beach. My wife Misa and I enjoyed a full-on vegan collection of both fine, hot and cold selections. A viscous broccoli and carrot soup and Caesar salad with avocados warmed up our pallets. For the entrees, Misa had the pineapple quinoa and vegetables which was creatively served in the shell of a whole pineapple. I went with the whole wheat and spaghetti squash pasta seasoned with garlic, tomatillos, leeks and quorn which was enhanced with Dijon mustard and Riesling wine. Dessert consisted of the Panna Cotta, a chilly medley of almond milk, coconut milk and cacao simmered together and topped with chopped nuts. We were seated outside on the pristine, white sandy beach where the Caribbean evening waters were calm, the palm trees whistled gently with the soft Breeze and the temperament was as romantic as an Arubian sunset wedding. We do suggest you book here during your next trip to Aruba. Simply amazing.
