- A real treat hidden away in Korat
Been eating away at vegetarian restaurants in Thailand for a long time and this one is really special. They don't scrimp on food quality. You don't feel like you're getting the 50 baht vegetarian version of Thai food stalls. The owner goes out of her way to find fresh organic produce. She also has a real knack for cooking food in ways that are unbelievable delicious and interesting. If you're tired of a lot of the veg food that you find, you'll love this place. If it was in Bangkok, I'd go there almost daily. It can take time to cook (this is SLOW food, not FAST food), so do call ahead.
