• Handmade vegan pasta

Lovely shop , a little hidden from a big street, but quite central in Berlin. The noodels in general and especially the handmade agnolotti are excellent. I ordered the fillings "a la neapolitana" with potato and rosemary first , which was incredibly good. And the second they offered also a pumpkin-filling, which is also so great - and both vegan if you ask especially for it. The owners are 2 nice ladies, they are serious in finding or creating vegan options. It takes 1-2 days until you get your vegan version of noodels if you want the filled ones. Standard noodle forms, like spaghetti, tagliatelle ect are always available also in vegan doughs, also with e.g.bearleek and other options. The shop is not very expensive , if you consider everything is handmade. This is something for special moments and for everyday. Clear recommendation.
