- Tucked away, small, but worth it!
This burger bar is tucked away on a smaller street, and it took me some time getting there. I walked 2.5km to get from where I was (just north of the Louvre) to Hank's in about 40 mins. When I got there, it was a lot smaller than I thought it'd be, with seating for only about 10 people (a table for 6-8 and a bar table for 3). Hank's has it's own kind of charm, though, thanks to its "hole-in-the-wall" nature. And the staff were friendly, the prices were reasonable, and the food was delicious! I'd recommend this to every vegan who passes through the area! A burger is 7€. Le "petit menu" = burger, side, drink = 11€ Le "grand menu" = burger, side, drink, dessert = 13€ I got: "Le Catcheuse" burger, carrot cake, and a blonde beer. My mum got: "Le Touriste" ("Le Balinais" at the time we were there) I enjoyed "Le Balinais" more than my own burger! This one had lots of flavour, in my opinion. My mum found them to be about equal. The carrot cake was small but sweet, and I took it home to enjoy with a glass of rice milk (I love milk with my baked goods!).
