I had a very pleasant mid-sized brunch and a most interesting chat with the waitress, who was apparently a co-owner as well. She emphasised their belief in transparency and that everything they use is certified organic. While the juice (plumb and papaya) could have been tastier, the toast was fine at the very least... the best thing food-wise was the tofu scramble though, where I especially appreciated the use of salvia. As the menu is varied and reportedly changes depending on the season, I just wish I could eat at Rayén more often...
