Large continuously stocked buffet of assorted local specialties including fake meat and fish dishes. They also have a soup counter. Once you have your selections on your plate, you bring it to the cashier and pay by weight. You can then join the many locals enjoying their lunch or dinner on long benches and tables. Seemed clean and the food was tasty. If you're not sure if something is spicy, ask a local or one of the buffet attendants, they may speak English. Prices are very reasonable for Taipei.
