- Perfect for a lone traveller.
I had lunch in Le Grenier de Notre Dame during April 2010. I was nervous to eat alone in Paris, and found the waiter to be incredibly kind. I had an autumn salad with tap water. It wasn't the cheapest salad, but the ingredients were quirky and flavoursome so I had no qualms with handing over my sixteen euros. The restaurant was really small, with condensation running down the door - a fact that I quite liked. It was cosy and bustling with smiling customers, and I found I rather enjoyed the experience.
