Gaia restaurant in Seville is a haven for organic vegetarian food. The recipes are evidently designed and prepared with great care and imagination. The owners are passionate about making a wonderful experience for fellow ovolactarians and vegans alike. The lunchtime menu is particularly good value. Favourites: gaspacho, tofu cake.
