Oh hi there, Thai Vegan! Thanks for making my life complete! This attractively decorated restaurant is a must-stop if you're in Santa Fe. Their all-vegan menu (YAY!) is extensive (too extensive), so you're sure to find something good. My favorites are the Papaya Salad, steamed curry dumplings, chicken nuggets (you can upgrade your entree to include these decadent vegan morsels), and yellow curry.
