- a treat in san antonio
in the land of tex mex, what a treat to find a raw vegan, gluten-free, organic restaurant and juice bar. something that I can't find in san jose ca -the home of silicon valley. in fact, I have much better luck finding a juice bar in dallas or houston than in san jose. one lucky duck makes the yummiest raw, vegan, gluten-free chocolate chip cookie ever. it's almost guilt free. also had the lasagna -zucchini, tomato, pumpkin seed macadamia ricotta, pistachio basil pesto and sun dried tomato sauce. yum. be well.
