Stopped by today for a vegan hamburger and would stop again just to make sure that this business idea gets my support. Nevertheless, if this concept is to be successful it really has to improve a lot of things. Here are some constructive observations and positive recommendations: - It is a tiny joint with no tables to sit down. After walking all over the city I would have loved to sit down to enjoy my food. - The "shopping" experience has to be improved. The overall look, though clean and modern, is a way too sterile. I didn't get excited to enter the place, which I did though because it serves vegan fast food. - There was only one man behind the counter. He was nice but nice isn't enough to create an atmosphere. You need people who greet customers with big warm smiles, make us feel welcome and at ease. Again, the man behind the counter was nice and respectful. - Innovation: the burger I ate was good but didn't blow my mind. You have decided to innovate by launching your vegan fast food concept, why stop there? Experiment in tastes, create & innovate in your product offerings. Non-vegans should line up to come and taste your food because it's original, delicious and exciting. Keep innovating, get people excited about what you are doing. Think of a signature dish that people from all over Rome, Italy, and the World should come to your place for ;-) With all my respect and love. José da Costa
