There are lots of vegan dishes on the lunch buffet each day. Each vegan dish is clearly marked "vegan", and there are usually 2 or 3 + the rice. I go at least once a week, and while the servers may forget to tell you to go ahead & go back to the buffet, or they may forget to offer you something other than water, you can always ask for a different drink item (full bar), and the servers are all very friendly. Adore the place!
