• Kool in Kreuzberg

Didn't realise this was on Happy Cow until it came up on the app whilst I was actually sitting in there. Well, I should really say sitting up there in the raised area near the bar accessible by a wooden ladder. Very cool indeed, but this would not be allowed in the health and safety conscious UK. This bar is where we usually have a post Cafe V meal drink as it's just over the road on Skalitzer Straße. This is a quite a rough and ready dive of a bar with many dimly lit quaint nooks and crannies in which to chill out. I can only comment on the beer and the atmosphere which are are both good. There is a decent selection of German bottles as well as those from other European countries. Service is simple and straight to the point. As a bar, this a crucial member of the Kreuzberg scene around Görlitzer Bahnhof.
