• Amazing Little Gem

This is a fantastic little cafe worth the trip to Todmorden for this alone. I first visited here a few months ago, for a coffee, which was perfect, and stayed there for nearly an hour and a half, chatting with Sveta one of the owners and other customers. New visitors get treated the same as the regulars and you soon feel like you have been going there for months. Returning later in the day for a late lunch. The food is excellent, you do need to be a little patient as most of the dishes are cooked to order by Dale (in the tiniest of kitchens) & there is always a good selection of Vegan options. Unfortunately most of the cakes are not Vegan, but, they do have an Avocado & Chocolate pudding that is so chocolatey rich and fantastic. I am about to move to the area & the prospect of having the Kava Cafe as my local cafe was one of the deciding factors. Great relaxing place, with good music, good food, perfect coffee & lovely owners, Sveta & Dale, on hand to ensure your visit becomes the first of many.
