Hello Day has only about a dozen stools around a counter and is open beyond 3pm only two days a week - Fri/Sat til 10pm - but it has some of the best food in the city. Innovative cuisine, edgy environment, a cool place to be. I've been a regular for a couple of months now and I'm a vegan so much of of my non-vegan info is from what I hear other customers say. But the burgers are definitely among El Paso's best. The veggie burger IS absolutely El Paso's best (I've tried every veggie burger in town). Breakfast options are exceptional. I particularly like the falafel wrap. I've tried every vegan item on the menu and, if I were not a vegan, I would try everything else - it all looks good and the comments from customers testify to that. Give it a try.
