- One of my favourite places in Berlin
I don't know how I've not reviewed ChaosTheorie yet, it's easily one of my favourite places in Berlin. And now it's moved to much larger premises, it's even easier to get a seat! (Seriously, the old location was so popular it could be difficult to even get inside sometimes.) I'm a huge fan of their savoury filled croissants (and the sweet ones too, come to that) and their Chaos Kaffee – which is a large capuccino with crispy caramelised sugar melted on top, like in a crème brûlée. But they also have themed food evenings (the fries and schnitzel on a Wednesday is probably my favourite) and a traditional German Weißwurstfrühstuck (white sausage breakfast) on a Saturday. Make a visit to Chaostheorie a high priority if you're visiting Berlin.
