- Not bad, but not many choices
My husband and I arrived in Beaufort on a Friday night, and I chose Panini's because of the review here on HappyCow. Unfortunately, there is only one entree that can be veganized: spaghetti marinara. It was OK, but rather boring (although it was miles better than a plate of steamed vegetables!!). There are also two salads that could easily be veganized. Since Beaufort doesn't have many choices for vegan food, Panini's is a decent choice, though.
