I would give Bouquet 5 cows, but Happy Cow does not allow this for non veg restaurants. My wife and I have been going here for years and we are so thankful to have a vegetarian friendly establishment within walking distance to our home. Bouquet is an upscale restaurant with a very laid back atmosphere. You will be wined and dined by wonderful people who take pride in what they do. Chef Stephen pours his heart into every dish, frequently changing the menu to keep it interesting and refreshing. Forever a supporter of local farmers and businesses, we often run into Stephen at the local markets as he shops for the many items that make up his diverse menu. It is important for me to underscore that every main course option can be prepared veggie / with a Tofu substitution. There are many veggie small plate options and the soup is almost always vegetarian. Be sure to ask for bread and always save room for dessert. Eat at the bar and jaw with the friendly staff, dine outside in the summer or get a table inside for a more intimate setting. Bring your meat eating freiends, no one will leave unhappy.
