- A nice surprise
We stumbled across this place while shopping at a couple of vintage stores up the street. Definitely a nice surprise! The staff here were lovely, very friendly and attentive even while my partner and I just sat down with drinks waiting for our friend to finish her shopping. The pizzas (when we finally ordered them) were great, and easy to customise. They could have been more generous with the toppings, but since we don't have good vegan cheese at home, I didn't mind the mouthfuls of just cheese at all. The brownies were also delicious- so good that our friend devoured hers on the walk from the restaurant to the bus stop. An admirable feat, since they're not small. I'll be coming back here next time I'm in San Diego.
